Plus the bedrooms and closets. Plus a new roof. Plus a laundry room. Plus graduate school. Plus two babies. Plus two dogs. Plus the following upkeep since May (ie - main sewer line ruined by tree roots, termites, one radiator, one broken camera and a partridge in a pear tree :). Plus life!
